Krossbu is a B2B SaaS for TikTok Shop merchants in the United States, the United Kingdom and Southeast Asia. Authorize TikTok accounts and post organic videos. This product does not provide TikTok access, browsing, or login to consumers in mainland China.
1. Introduction
Krossbu (also branded as Aobi Assistant) is a B2B SaaS operated by Yiwu Aobi Network Technology Co., Ltd. (义乌澳比网络科技有限公司). We serve TikTok Shop merchants operating in TikTok-supported markets, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data, including data obtained through TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. This product does not provide TikTok access, browsing, or login to consumers in mainland China. By using the service, you agree to this policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.2. Information we collect
We may collect:- Account information you provide when you register, such as name, email, phone number, and company details;
- Technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, access time, pages viewed, and device information;
- Information you provide while using the dashboard (shop settings, product content you upload, team roles);
- Information from third parties you authorize, including TikTok (see the next section).
3. TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting data
Merchants use TikTok Login Kit to authorize their TikTok creator accounts (accounts created and used in TikTok-supported regions). We then use the Content Posting API so the merchant can publish organic videos or drafts from our dashboard.
When a merchant authorizes TikTok, we may receive:
- Display name, avatar, and open_id — to show which creator account is connected;
- Authorization tokens (access token / refresh token) — to publish videos and check posting status on that merchant's behalf;
- Video IDs, posting status, and public engagement metrics (such as views, likes, comments, and shares) — to display organic content in the merchant's material library.
We use this TikTok data only inside that merchant's own workspace to provide the features they requested. We do not sell TikTok data, do not share it with unrelated third parties, and do not use it to offer TikTok consumer access in mainland China or any region where TikTok is unavailable.
TikTok platform data is processed in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and applicable TikTok developer policies.
4. How we use information
We may use collected information to:- Provide, maintain, and improve the SaaS for TikTok Shop merchants;
- Complete TikTok authorization, organic publishing, and status display that the merchant requested;
- Send service notices, updates, and (where permitted) product information;
- Personalize dashboard settings;
- Analyze aggregated usage to improve the product;
- Prevent fraud and keep the service secure;
- Comply with law or respond to lawful process.
5. Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only when:- You give clear consent;
- It is necessary to provide a feature you requested (for example, sending a posting request to TikTok);
- Required by law or a lawful government request;
- Needed to protect our rights, user safety, or the public interest;
- Transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with continued protection.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including encryption in transit, access control, and internal audit. Internet transmission is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw TikTok authorization at any time in the dashboard (which stops new TikTok API calls for that account).
