Krossbu is a B2B SaaS for TikTok Shop merchants in the United States, the United Kingdom and Southeast Asia. Authorize TikTok accounts and post organic videos. This product does not provide TikTok access, browsing, or login to consumers in mainland China.

1. Agreement

Welcome to Krossbu (Aobi Assistant), a B2B SaaS operated by Yiwu Aobi Network Technology Co., Ltd.. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us. The service is for cross-border TikTok Shop merchants whose shops and TikTok creator accounts operate in TikTok-supported markets, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia. It is not a consumer TikTok client and does not provide TikTok access in mainland China. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian permission) and can enter a binding contract. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service. Where practical, we will give prior notice. TikTok features only work for TikTok accounts and shops in regions where TikTok officially operates.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Data obtained from TikTok through this application is handled in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok's developer policies. Those TikTok terms govern use of TikTok platform data. We do not grant you any right to use TikTok beyond what TikTok itself allows.

7. Intellectual property

Content we provide (text, graphics, software, trademarks) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or sell it without written permission. TikTok names and logos belong to TikTok.

Content you upload remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and process that content solely to operate the service for you, including sending it to TikTok when you choose to publish.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access for reasonable cause, including breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or protecting other users. You may stop using the service and revoke TikTok authorization at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including changes or outages on TikTok or other third-party platforms.

We may update these Terms and will post the new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are for a cross-border B2B SaaS used by TikTok Shop merchants in TikTok-supported markets. They are not an offer of TikTok services in mainland China.

Use of TikTok platform data is governed by the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

If a dispute arises, the parties shall first try in good faith to resolve it by negotiation. A merchant may also seek resolution in a forum that has a substantial connection to the merchant's TikTok Shop operating market (for example the United States, the United Kingdom, or a Southeast Asian market where the shop operates), or another forum agreed in writing.

The operator is Yiwu Aobi Network Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in the People's Republic of China. Where a mandatory rule of law requires a default venue and the parties have not agreed otherwise, proceedings may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.
